Louisiana: White Shrimp

Paul Piazza’s premium white shrimp are harvested off the Louisiana coast and from in-shore Louisiana fisheries. These shrimp have a mild flavor with a slight sweetness.

Louisiana: Processing

In Louisiana, we have operations in Cameron, Intracoastal City and Delcambre. Harvested out of the nutrient-rich, Gulf of Mexico waters our, shrimp follow a journey from the boats, to our docks, to our processing plants, and then on to our customers. At Paul Piazza & Son, we have established the process for tracking our shrimp and documenting their story. That’s because all of our shrimp are sustainably-caught by our carefully selected shrimp fleet. We know these shrimpers personally, which enables us to better control quality and consistency. It is our shrimp from the time it is landed until it reaches the customer.
